Cancellations & Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy with your goods you can return any item except custom-made items in their original condition with the package, within 3 days of receipt of goods for a replacement or a full refund. Any complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days.

You also have the right to cancel your order within 3 working days without giving a reason and return the goods to gardensingapore.com for a full refund. Any refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation. In case of goods return, standard delivery charges will be applied for the collection of goods from the customer's place. There is no refund of delivery & service charges.
